Stamps illustrated on this page may be CPVs.
Only one example of each has been identified.

These pages are likely to be the most dynamic area of the whole site. As time permits, many more examples of 'possible' CPVs will be added.
Since, by their very nature, re-entries and retouches are constant, only a single example is needed to deem it a CPV. Plate flaws are different. They are usually the result of damage to the printing plate and are only rarely found on the proof sheets. It is quite possible that some of these possible CPVs will never be proven to actually be constant.
Every attempt has been made to strongly currate the stamps to ensure that only marks that have a very good chance of being constant are presented. Mistakes do and will happen, but the track record so far has been very good, A couple of dozen newly reported CPVs started out as single exmples on these pages until a second example was found. Several students have contributed. All input is welcome.
Until a second example is reported, these "possible" CPVs will NOT be included with the search results on other pages of the site. If you find a 'flaw' that is not found in a normal search, this page is a great additional place to look. When an item from this list is determined to be constant, it is moved to the Primary Search database.
PLEASE report any additional examples of stamps shown on these pages.
