Occasionaly, Marler seems to have used different terms to describe the same thing.
In the menu below, some terms map to more than one 'tag' or phrase.
We use "from the top" to include references to "from line 1".
"Above line 2" includes "below line 1".
"Extended" includes "projecting".
"Spur" will also show examples of "line".
"Double" will include "doubling".
Note: In the "Higher" and "Lower" value options, more than one box can be 'clicked'.
