Leopold Beaudet determined the position using the plate proofs at Library and Archives Canada.

Leo's Notes

Engraver’s slip in bottom margin slopes down to the right. Begins below the middle of the C in CENTS and ends below the T.
Similar slip on 96LR71, but a bit shorter.
This stamp is SET whereas 96LR71 is SEL.

Flaw in Zone 3
