The first reported examples of potential Reiche #9 had straight edges at the top and right. Reiche did not mention straight edges, which may indicate that this example, discovered by Jonathan Woensdregt (JW), is actually the CPV in question.
The plate position has been suggested by Jim André, who made his determination after examining the plate proofs at Library and Archives Canada.
