Reiche did not mention the two straight edges, which would indicate Plate Position ###LL10.
Jonathan Woensdregt (JW) has provided some very interesting data for this variety. It would appear that there is another CPV showing almost identical characteristics, but perforated on all sides: clearly not from position ###LL10.
