  • Hans Reiche seems to have studied Plate Flaws on the Admirals more keenly than most other students of his time.

    In 1987, he self published a small handbook with 269 different plate flaws with written descriptions an hand drawn illustrations.

    Many of the stamps illustrated here are clearly those shown by Reiche. Others are our current 'best guess'.
