Strong plate damage in the 'CA' of Canada and in the outer oval above 'C'.

Comments

A cover dated Victoria BC, Apr 1, 1916, has been discovered. This example is well into the period of use of the stamps from plates 3 and 4 and before plates 5 and 6 were engraved.
