Reiche states "No. 2 parallel dashes along right side of design including fine line in 'E' of Postage"

There are a significant number of positions that all seem to match Reiche's No. 2.
Four examples were discussed in an article by Leopold Beaudet and Richard M. Morris in the article "Mystery Markings on Admiral Stamps", which was published in The Admiral's Log, Vol. XI, No.1, January 2008.
