3¢ Carmine Re-entry

The top and bottom edges of the right side of the left '3' are doubled. There are marks in all three 'A's of Canada and faint doubling under the 'ANA' of Canada.

Comments

There are several additional marks which may prove to be constant with the discovery of a second example.
