A plate crack in the bottom margin from below the 'S' of Cests to well past the lower right corner into the right margin.

Randall W. Van Someren (RVS), writing in The Admiral’s Log (Dec. 2010 and Dec. 2013) reported 8 different “New Plate Cracks” on the 3¢ Brown. This is his number 4.
