3¢ Brown 26UL87
Doubling of the bottom of the frame, of the corners at the lower right and upper right, and of the of the frame.
Leo's Notes
Misplaced entry
The second entry is shifted down and to the right. The shift itself is small, but the doubling of the top and bottom frames is pronounced.
- The top frame is doubled from just inside the left frame to the top left FJL and from the top right FJL to the midpoint of the crown. There is no doubling around the top oval. The doubling extends into the right margin.
- The bottom frame is doubled in the bottom margin from the white space at the left to the left side of the RNB. There is no clear doubling below the RNB, but the doubled bottom frame extends from the bottom frame into the right margin.
- There is a smear of ink (but not a doubled line) below the 3 in the LNB. There is a short stubby spur extending down from the LR corner of the 3.
