A vertical line in the lower left spandrel from line 1 to just below the top of the numeral box. The line bends inward, starting at leaf 2 and cuts a number of the horizontal lines and ends just inside the numeral box.
A fine vertical line in the upper left spandrel, which bends into the outer oval near the first 'A' of Canada.
