A vertical line in the lower left spandrel from line 1 to almost the bottom of the left numeral box.

Comments

There is a large guide dot at left, which is at the centre of a compass arc.
There is a short line (of doubling?) in the inner oval, under the 'E' of Postage.
The marks at the centre left of the right '2' are constant.
