Doubling of both horizontal lines of the left numeral box. Short parallel lines or dashes in the bottom margin below the 'S' of Cents and in and below the right numeral box.
Comments
In the Matte collection, but not in his publication. The second example now confirms the dashes in the lower right to be constant, as is the horizontal dash in the right margin opposite the 'G' in Postage.
