A group of marks in 'CA' and in the inner oval below 'CA'.
Comments
The small marks in the top margin above the left crown and the 'P' are also constant, but not part of this CPV as they are found on over a dozen different Admiral values. These small dots were reported by Richard Morris in Vol. IX, No. 1, page 23 (2008) of "The Admiral's Log".
