Doubling in the Upper Left and to a lesser extent in the Lower Right, with marks in many of the letters of CANADA POSTAGE. Doubling is also indicated by the many horizontal marks in the lower left of the Inner Oval.

Research notes:

Horizontal lines of doubling in the Inner Oval have been noted in a few different positions. They are unusual.
