2¢ Carmine Re-entry?
A strongly angled line in the ‘NA’ of Canada.
Research notes:
- It is not clear if this item is a re-entry or a plate flaw. The line in the ‘NA’ seems to map to the top of the letters and the right side of the ‘A’.
- There is also what appears to be a plate crack extending from the ‘D’ of Canada to the top margin and there are both vertical and horizontal hairlines.
