"Doubling of the bottom of the frame at its right end, the right "2," the bottom line of the right numeral box wide but not doubled"

Research notes:

The characteristics which Marler describes on the stamps from the top row of the upper right pane of Plate 90 are visible, but just barely. It may be that since Plate 90 was so interesting, he looked at it more carefully and mentioned details which may well have been omitted in his descriptions of other plates.

We use Statser to measure basic website usage without cookies. The system processes page views, clicks, form submissions without form contents, referrers, browser/device information, error pages, approximate visit duration, and pseudonymous visitor keys. Full IP addresses are not stored permanently by Statser; they are processed briefly on the server to create a pseudonymous visitor key, apply technical exclusions, and optionally resolve approximate GeoIP information. If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
