Doubling along the bottom frame and in both numeral boxes.
Comments
- Position confirmed via RB plate strip and Marler's notes.
- Some of the additional marks are actually constant, e.g. the small dot in the top margin, above the 3rd 'A' of Canada and the marks in the bottom margin below the 'S' of Cents.
