Doubling of the Left Crown and most of the horizontal lines of the left spandrel. The left frame is thick in the centre.
Research notes:
The three small dots in the top margin - above the left crown, the 'A' and the 'P' are all constant.

Doubling in the UL spandrel:
Jewels in the left side of the crown
UL vertical line down to the frame junction line.
Left frame is thick opposite the crown.
The indents in the right frame are visible, but not the white flaw.
