A distinctive retouch of the vertical line of the left numeral box. There are three faint dashes in the outer oval below the left crown.

Left frame is thick especially opposite the LNB.
Three short dashes in the left outer oval below the crown.
Faint line at the bottom of the right leg of the second A in CANADA.

Guide dot in the right margin at the midpoint.
