Leo's Notes

Retouch to LL vertical line from line 1 to the top half of the LNB.
Marler states that the retouch begins at line 4 and goes to the bottom; however, at the top, the retouch begins at line 1 or just
below it, and at the bottom, the bottom half of the LNB looks normal.
