Doubling of the oval band inside left centre and below CA with marks in CA and E.

Leo's Notes

Doubling in the top and bottom ends of the C and line at the top of the A in CANADA.
Doubling in the left inner oval between the midpoint and the middle of the first A.
Faint doubling in the vertical member of the E in POSTAGE.

Mark in the vertical member of the T in CENTS where it meets the horizontal member. This is an easy way of identifying this re-entry

If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
