Leo's Notes
The vertical line of the LNB retouched except at the bottom corner. The line is thick except at the top and the bottom. The line is very thin at the bottom corner. The bottom line is thin throughout.
Dot in the right margin opposite the right edge of the T in POSTAGE.
Guide dot on the left side of the left inner oval.
