Marks in the bottom right of the first A and the left side of the N in CANADA
Faint marks in the bottom of the G and the left and bottom of the E in POSTAGE.
Marks in the top right of the T in CENTS.
Dash in the outer oval above the right side of the third A in CANADA.

We use Statser to measure basic website usage without cookies. Full IP addresses are not stored permanently by Statser; they are processed briefly on the server to create a pseudonymous visitor key, apply technical exclusions, and optionally resolve approximate GeoIP information. If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
