Doubling in both numeral boxes with a strong extra almost horizontal line in the right numeral box.
Matte states:
- 1 Right lower leaf,
- 2 Top and bottom horizontal frame,
- 3 Vertical frame top right and
- 4 Tool mark across right box"
Leo's Notes
- a) Slight doubling of the lower half of the vertical line in the LNB.
- b) Vertical and bottom lines of the RNB doubled. Top of the RNB is thick.
- c) Marks in ANA in CANADA and T E in POSTAGE.
- a) Roughly horizontal scratch in the RNB. It begins on the left side of the bottom of the 2, but most of it is on the right side of the 2.
- b) Two dashes in the right margin opposite the crown.
