Two of the upper horizontal spandrel lines in both the right and left are extended into the frames. There is a strong mark in the outer oval above the 'O' of Postage and many smaller marks throughout. In both the upper and lower right spandrels some horizontal lines cut the vertical line, which appear to have been retouched.
Comments
Some of the marks near the bottom of the left '2' and elsewhere on the stamp would have made a "Re-entry Zone 13" appropriate, but those marks would be difficult to ID as constant without additional examples.
The curved line in the top margin, above the 'D' of Canada, is constant.
Leo's Notes

- Small dot in the middle member of the G in POSTAGE.
- Three small marks just below the 2 in the LNB.

Very faint vertical line in the right margin opposite the crown.
