A large dot in the inner oval above the 'O' of One. There are several faint horizontal lines through the inner vertical line which project slightly into the right numeral box.
Comments
Being able to determine the plate position for any Admiral Flaw is 'unusual'. However, one the three examples of this flaw has a bottom margin with a printing order of "110". Printing Order 110 limits the possible plates from 11 to 14. The 1st of the Lundeen sales at Eastern Auctions showed a bottom left strip of 20 from plate 12 which clearly shows the flaw at position 98.
