A series of dots and lines in both numeral boxes and most letters of ONE CENT.

Comments

There are at least two reported examples - one is the left stamp in a pair cancelled with a 1912 exhibition slogan cancel.
There is another similar stamp, which is not as strongly marked.
This variety has also been found on a coil stamp.
