Doubling of the top horizontal lines of both numeral boxes, in ONE CENT and in the bottom margin. The upper right horizontal line is extended to the right margin and there is a somewhat elongated guide dot near the centre of the right margin.

Research notes:

This is very likely Trimble's #2 Major Misplaced Re-entry. It has been found as the right stamp in a horizontal strip of 3 by Simon Young.
