The right frame is doubled into the right margin and there is light doubling in the 'E' of Postage. There are some very strong marks in the right outer oval at centre.

Research notes:

This is the right stamp in a horizontal pair, where the left stamp shows similar marks in the centre right outer oval.

The marks in the outer oval are 'unusual'. It would be difficult to know that they are constant without additional examples.
