Research notes:

Leopold Beaudet confirmed the position using the plate proofs at Library and Archives Canada. Leo points out that 164LR36 is very similar to both 164LL58 and 166LL72.

This one is easy to identify because of the mark in the right member of the first A in CANADA.

If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
