1¢ Green 133UR69

  • Extra lines in the bottom portion of the stamp, including the inner oval, leaves 1 and 2 on both sides, both numeral boxes and in the letters 'ONE'.
  • There is a constant scratch in the upper right margin, which may be found on the bottom margin of the stamp above (133UR59).
  • Leopold Beaudet determined the position using the plate proofs at Library and Archives Canada.

Research notes:

This misplaced entry was likely first reported by W. Bosch, who found two examples. A. Rondeau found a third example. The example with the flag cancellation is from Marler's personal collection.

We use Statser to measure basic website usage without cookies. The system processes page views, clicks, form submissions without form contents, referrers, browser/device information, error pages, approximate visit duration, and pseudonymous visitor keys. Full IP addresses are not stored permanently by Statser; they are processed briefly on the server to create a pseudonymous visitor key, apply technical exclusions, and optionally resolve approximate GeoIP information. If GeoIP is enabled, the IP address is checked locally against a MaxMind GeoLite2 database to determine the approximate country or city. The visitor IP address is not sent to MaxMind. MaxMind is contacted only to download and update the GeoLite2 database. Detailed data is deleted after the configured detail retention period. For long-term trends, Statser also stores aggregated daily values without individual visitor profiles.
